I figured I go down to the lake yesterday give throwing a jig a try and boy was my intuition right. Second cast on a jig and pork rig hooked up with about a 2 pounder. On my third a 1 pounder gave fish to away I don't care for eating bass mostly catching and the fun of it. Decided to walk the shore and see if I could hook up with at least one more. And sure enough got a bite on my second cast fishing near some large boulders in the water missed the fish took another cast with the jig and fish hooked him self and nailed her think it was a female fins really beatin up look like fish are starting to make nests. Released here to spawn out. Of the three she appeared to have been hooked before probably fish that was released after the bass tourney they had last weekend. Other two had no holes where a hook had been at all. Here are the two biggest I caught of the day. Also went this morning 5-21-08 only tempted one on my jig water cooler than yesterday pulled jig away from him grabbed the tail followed the bait in short striker. Should have put a trailer hook on. Went home satisfied still got the jigging technique down.

Hey Subaru yeah my cam is all screwwy lol I finally figured out how to to change the date but the fish where caught at coulon 3 days after the big bass tournament big fish had been hooked before other hadnt I always manage a bruiser out of there. But High fishing pressure there Rarely give up my secrets. Actually fished there today just got home. Water is silty and was like that when I caught the fish kind of a green tinge. Cedar river is puking right now went to the river mouth nothing but debris every where and brown silt. Silt actually making other spots down a ways from cedar have a little stained green look. No fish today not even a rap. And KM yuck had a bad girlfriend cheat on me from there lol. But loved to play ball with couple peeps that went to school there lol:P class of 01 GO:P
