Headed to the north end of the lake found some on bed and cast out the Doug hannon fishing snake and the fish would charge off there beds to attack the snake I've never seen any thing like this bedding bass charging a lure 10' away from there beds. We moved on Just wanted to see how the bass would react to the snake. We switch to a craw and started catching fish I landed 4 3-4 lbs and Marc landed one 3.30 lbs it was a good day out in the windy cold summer.
