At Limmerick huh, never fished there but heard of the name. You know there are so many lakes and ponds to fish out there and not a lot of time to fish them all. Check out the one I wrote to you about Jackson. By the way I also have fished unusual baits like the floating bubble gum worm just to see if it would work and also because it is so easy to see and maybe it was because the fish on beds were aggressive or maybe because the fish were biting well that day anyway but caught several 5 LBer, and a 6.5Lber and a 7Lber only to be beaten by my buddy with a red colored one which he played around with at the boat and lost it with a head jerk as he went to lip it. In conclusion at this spot it is common to catch at least 10 Largemouth between 5 and 8 LBS. but that my men has yet to be disclosed by me and I don't think I'm ready to give up this places secret. Tell then guys tight lines.

Thanks for the comment wish I could say it in voice to express hits and all but technology needs to be updated on this site which is probably a pain in the keester!

6/13/2008 9:02:00 AMHey Trent, The background of your photo looks like the exact place where I caught my personal Lake Limerick bass -- 17 inches - 3-1. My fish hit a black Jig with a blue gater tail trailer.
