Went to Lake Washington today. Got a late start but finally got on the water at about 9:15am. We first fished for trout and not much to say except that we fished for 6 1/2 hours but didn't catch one fish. Got a few bites but that was it. Boring day, somewhat windy and cold and got choppy at about 1:30pm then cleared up at about 2:30. Odd weather.... Decided to fish for bass later on since we had the gear for it. Went through a slough near the boat ramp where we launched and fished there. It was quiet and pleasant. It was about 3:00 pm and the fish started to jump again. Still didn't catch anything though and called it quits at about a quarter to 4:00. Today wasn't a good one for us but slayed them at Lake Roesiger yesterday. We might head out to Roesiger again soon.
