Went to Square Lake today to try my hand at some bassin.Tried a few times this year but not being a basser I was getting discouraged.Today I tried the Ol' Rapala in the perch color the small floater that goes 3-5 feet deep.Well finally I caught some Bass on purpose.Oh Yeah and it felt good they were not hawgs by any means the biggest being a pound but none the less they were bass.Just call me bassmaster Shawn lol not really but it felt darn good.I also caught a couple of blue gills to boot.I will be back there tommorow afternoon giving it another shot hopefully they will be a little bigger.All fish were safely released.
