Out on the water at 7 am. Trolled (downrigger) wedding rings, spoons and jointed rapalas off the state park the entire morning without a strike. Moved up the lake and fished around the water monitor buoy. Caught first of four trout at 12:45 and netted the fourth around 2:30. All were around 16", nice fish! Water depth was around 85', downrigger ball was at 30'.
Trolled (about 75' feet line behind the release) Artic Fox tube fly, no pop gear, spinners, dodgers only the tube fly. Trolling speed around 1.75 mph.
Not many boats out on the water, pretty quiet except for the hydros. Had a fun day fishing Lake Sammamish!
