Took the Family to Black lake near Wenatchee Heights. Had a great time. Not many people on the lake probably because it is a small hike to the lake, about the length of a football field. Bottom fished with approx. an 18 inch leader. alternated between worms and powerbait. Caught our limit within a few hours. Most rainbows 10-12 inches, nice healthy fish. Also caught a 4 pound triploid using power bait. Started to get windy later in the afternoon. otherwise beautiful day. great lake to take the kids to although there is no outhouse. be prepared.
