Morning folks,

Thought I would try out Panther lake this early am and I am glad that I did. Caught a total of 6 fish, unfortunately two of them swallowed my wooly bugger and I was unable to release them. So I had to keep them and they will be eaten shortly.

Spent a great deal of time circling the lake only to find that most of the fish came from the west side of the lake. Did catch one near the center, but had to go pretty deep. Seemed the best bit of advice is to troll a black wooly and go somewhat deep. Weather was cool and clear and got sunny around 8 ish, the water seemed to have a lot of debris floating on it.
There were 3 boats out on the water while I was there and not sure how they were doing though.
