On the 25 Apr 01 caught several smallmouth from 1-3lbs also 3 largemouth 1-3 lbs on a rattle trap. The browns were also biting on the rattle traps. All were caught along the rocks some early in am (6:30 am to 8:30am) and some late in the day around 7:00pm until dark but all hit hard and were great fun bring in. Of course the fish story of the day was the one that got away est 4-7lbs which broke my line(10lb test) just before I could get a hand on it's mouth and yes it was a largemouth. Oh I was fishing from the shore not in a boat and yes this adds to the story but it is true. (I know you do think I'm telling the true but oh well)
