took my daughter out this morning to chapman got on lake about 8am started to troll to the right of resort.there was a barrel up on the cliffs.so we dropped anchor and got the poles ready was using worm marshmallow and shrinp egg.was there about 10 mins are so and got the first bite.soon as i got it in was nice 16" rainbow.so baited back up and tossed it out again and with in 8 mins got another bite so i let the daughter reel it in and she had a blast reeling it in.reeling it in like 60mph yelling daddy got one as soon as she got it in the boat was about 8" silver she was happy but we threw it back was to small.so about the time daughter wanted to head to different spot and we did but on the way to different spot she wanted to go home so we took off was about 10am.the day was great not to cold a little windy water temp about 60 to 65
after dropping the daughter off i took off back out there for about another 3 hours and didn't get nothing not even a bite all i got was a dead battery that i thought i charged enough but didn't lol was out in middle of lake when it died so had to row was fun lol
