Went out at about 6am this morning, weather was real nice and water was cool but not to cool. Off the public launch on St. Clair, went to the far left channel till it opened up to an open area. Set up my tackle and let the line out trolling, got hooked up on the first cast out. I trolled the area for about 1 hour and half and moved on to the area next to this one, so if you were to take the middle channel from the public launch to the right, it would open up to a small opening, trolled that for a bit and caught a trout roughly 1lb and half, I had no scale so I could not tell, but probably about 14 to15 inches in length. Around 9am or so started to head back in and caught 1 more small one and let him go. So I caught 3 all together and only kept one. It was a wonderful day for fishing, wish I could of spent more time out there, but had to many errands to do.
