great day in the morning, went to la camas lake at 9 am. clear sunny and a pretty nice day from the lord god almighty. my kind of church, (wife didn't find it funny but she'll get over it). i was there 15 min's and got a nibble on a brown trout magnet. i tried the white and orange magnet but no interest. started trolling the swamp end of the lake by the bridge up to the plane, i got 7 bites, 2 got away 4 were yellow perch 5-7" and one was a skinny crappie(the fish info is from my father in-law so if its wrong don't shoot me) weight unknown. what fun these fish were. its good to be back fishing after 20 years. i going back wed, evening and will be towing my 10 year old on her odc classic for a little afternoon fishing. see you out there.
