had to hang out with the family, so went to Bradley lake. The wife had on a water bobber with 4ft. leader and worm had a few feet down but didn't hook anything lots of small bass in schools all around lake, maybe they were chewing on the worm. I had some poppers for bass and bluegill on the fly pole but no follows or hits. That was park side from shore for about twenty minutes. then moved over to the dock switched one pole to power bait that was green/orange with 4ft. leader for the wife. On one pole for the kids i put on a green and yellow roostertail, but then he didn't want to use it so i casted it out and caught a ten inch bow on firs cast, at the same time one was on the power bait pole. So there was some excitement for a minute with two ten inchers for the kids then about twenty minutes later had one more on the power bait but lost it at the dock. I through a few rapalas for maybe ten minutes but no hits on those either. my boys cleaned the one trout that i kept because the treble hook killed, it and found three white rubber maggots and two white crappie jigs in the stomach. then i had to go play on the toys with the kids. water was pretty clear don't know temp and it was breezy and sunny. it must be tuff being a guide i bet fishing with the wife and kids isn't too much different
