We got tho the lake late, around noon. Nobody at the launch and very few boats on the lake. We did see some anglers that suggested we concentrate around the docks for smallmouth. We were quite successful catching 8-10 inch smallmouth.
It was bright sun, slight wind, smooth and beautiful. I caught several fish on a floating Rapala, my buddy was not as successful with a sinking Rapala.
