Hit the water at 12 Noon. Fished the northwest to west shoreline. I was using a deep diving crank bait and my girlfriend was drop shotting. She couldn't keep the perch of her setup, she landed about 20 or so. I also got a lot of those aggressive little suckers to hit my plug and landed a few. The highlight of the day was a 6lbs smallie that really put up a fight. I caught it about 10yrds of the docks about 30 feet down. Most fish were suspended in the 20 to 30 foot range. It rained HARD most of the time but we didn't see anyone else on the water. It was glass calm to boot. Great day of fishing!!!
