I got on the water @ about 6:30 am. Trolled from boat launch on main part of lake down that side of shoreline. I saw groups of fish here and there on the fishin' buddy @ various depths. I caught a few perch but that's it. Water temp was around 68 degrees. Around 9:00 I went to the end of the lake to go down the stream. It was way too shallow for any fish to be caught. After trolling the shoreline opposite the boat launch, I circled around. Got all the way down almost to the floating dock and began cutting across the middle when I caught my one and only trout. A 13 inch brown. Decent fight. This was around 12:30. After that the battery died and I struggled to get back to the boat launch against the wind. Overall a FANTASTIC day of fishing!!!! I don't really care if I catch fish or not!! Just like to be on the water (although catching is nice also!!). Good luck everyone!!
