I decided to stop by Waverly Park in Kirkland and fish off of the dock after work today. I hadn't fished here for about 10 years or so. I only fished for about an hour from about 2:30pm - 3:30pm before I had to be somewhere else. I was using pink power bait off the bottom about 3 - 4 feet. I also tried green power bait, but had no bites with that either.

It was pretty nice out there, the water was glass with no wind and it was unusually quiet. Pretty relaxing. Another guy showed up about 15 minutes after I started fishing. It appeared that he was using chartreuse power eggs. He also had no luck while I was there. He did mention that there were coho jumping in that area last week.

I used to catch some nice trout off this dock and I will be back again to try my luck. Also the dock got some nice hand carved benches with rod holders in them.
