2/11/2009 5:42:00 PMI have never heard that, I have been eating perch fillets for years with no ill effects, and I am sure I have cut open the stomachs of many of them in the cleaning process. I just fillet them out and either fry them with some breading or batter or we have them in fish tacos. They are quite delicious.
