Hit the lake about 9am, wanted to let the boat thaw out, sunny no wind very nice morning, two boats on the lake both fly fishing, trolled a Rapala three feet of the bottom with a down rigger, first fish 45 minutes later about 15'' next fish 30 minutes later about the same size, fish seemed to be holding in the 12--15 foot range, water temp was 41, can't wait for it to warm up, saw the float tube hook up at least once, my good deed for the day was attempting to pull out a Ford F 150 that got totally stuck trying to launch his boat, I failed miserably with my Grand Chereokee could not get enough traction apparently AWD is different then 4WD, a nice fellow with a 1 ton dodge Cummings diesel pulled it out like it wasn;t even there.

way to go secret! "do one thing... and do it well". I can't wait until the sportsman's club puts more of the big boys in this spring. did you mark fish in the usual spots or are they moving around? nice report and nice fish. I'll bet sea biscuit is itchin' to go fishin'.
