Hit up Rufus from sat to mon. The fishing was slow, just as expected. We had a good trip and did land some fish. We were using grub type jigs and fishing near the net pens. The water was cold 33-35 degrees and the weather was cold and snowy on sun and cloudy on Monday. Saw, about 10 other boats each day, everyone had the same luck, some fish but slow. You really had to grind it out on your leather arse to catch fish. I think that I will head back in the late spring, water is just too cold and the fish are a little reluctant to hit. Fun trip and had a great time with friends, hope for more fish next time. Best of luck.

Hey Double H
Great to see your report, Man it looks cold in the pics. Glad you guys had a good trip, and fishing (catching) will be better when the water warms up a bit.
Look forward to future reports.

Hey HH,
I haven't seen any reports on RW for awhile and I was wondering how the fishing was up at the pens. Thanks for your report.
We were up behind Chief Jo last Sunday using slip sinker rigs and power bait for a couple of hours without and hits.
I'm sure the fishing will get better when the water warms up a little.
Thanks again!

hey HH and SK,
I'll post (boat issues) on "OFF TOPIC" so I don't clutter up space here.
