Fished from 12-3 with my buddy and our girlfriends. It was fairly warm out so we thought it would be a good day to get them on the ice. Caught several perch, pumpkin-seed, and pickerel and one nice bass. The perch weren't biting as good as they were in the past i think i only ended up catching 6 or so but i ended having to use a ice hole scooper with a makeshift spring bobber on it for a pole ( i failed to bring enough ice fishing poles only brought 3 for the 4 of us woops!!) However my girlfriend kept me fairly busy taking her fish off. I then put a tip up out and ended up catching a nice largemouth 3-3.5 pounds,(on a side not my best friend in Wi. called me within 5 minutes and asked me if i would mount a 22.5 inch largemouth that he figured was over 6lbs that he had just caught back home and was debating to put it back or on the wall, but that fished ended up swimming another day) now this is my biggest spokane co. bass!! I did keep it, which i never do. In Wisconsin i was a die hard smallmouth bass fishermen and i can't remember the last time i kept one (a bass in general). Perch liked the pink tear drop jig with maggots and mealworms this time, they were slower then usual but still had a great day with good company out the on lake. Saw Motor1 and talked to him he was catchin the perch like usual.
Good luck all

Dan- You should have told me that you only had three poles for four fishermen. I always carry two poles when I go out so you could have used my extra pole. How did you do when I left?

After you left we probably only stayed out another hour and a half or so, I caught that bass and we all caught a few other perch and a bunch of pickerel in your holes lol....
shoot me an email sometime so i can get a hold of you and maybe go out fishing sometime.
