A buddy and I decided to fish after work, on the dock around 9AM and
worked some jigs real slow..(painfully slow) Had a few bumps but I'm convinced it was more structure biting than fish. Unknown water temps but air temp was 30 degrees and sunny. Off the water by 10:30AM.
