3/31/2009 8:32:00 AMI went out to Spanaway a couple of weeks ago and did not catch any fish. The water temp is too cold right now but I expect within the next 7-10 days the bite should be on. What I did not mention in my Offutt Lake report there were about 20 Commorants feeding in the uinlet going to the public access. That tells me that they found a ball of planed trout and were enjoying a trout dinner.
