4/7/2009 3:58:00 PMHey dirty.dan4, Great report & it’s nice to hear you caught some fish and had a good weekend. While trolling, it has been hard to pick up fish lately. I think as the water warms the size of the fish and the frequency of the bites will increase.

4/7/2009 5:03:00 PMI have better luck with wedding rings if I use the bigger ones tipped with night crawler and don't use the pop gear. My dad always uses pop gear and when we fish together I always do better then him without it. Just my observation.

4/8/2009 6:22:00 AMIt was great to meet you guys, and for the first trip (any trip for that matter) you guys did pretty good. Keep the hooks in the water, and that 8-10 pounder will be yanking on the line. Hope to run into ya again someday. Safe travels and fishing success.
