Well we arrived at the lake at about 1200 noon mild wind sun peaking out of the clouds water was very cold so we headed to the north side of the lake threw our anchor and cast about one hour into it. I got a nibble so I played with my pole a little to make the fish bite and he did after two minutes of fighting the fish it was a 3 pound cutty. First fish of the year but will be more I was using a floating worm with a little green glow in the dark corky. There is big bass in this lake also so be prepared.
