4/12/2009 1:49:00 PMI havent had any luck bottom fishing. I launch my pontoon and head straight for the smaller lake to the left of the boat launch. I went out today for a little easter fishing and caught one about 7 inches and let it go. The only luck I have had on this lake is with a Panther Martin lure. Wedding rings worms and powerbait dont seem to help me very much

it was a bit slow but the guys next to me (near the drain) seemed to be doing really well. they were seeing some action every 10 minutes or so, beilieve he was using a Mepps..
buddy of mine caught 3, 10-12 inchers with a red wedding ring that day...but luck has it, got my wedding ring caught on a tree within 10 minutes of me getting there! Had a few bites on a Blue fox but no luck for me.
went back today around 4PM. started raining cats and dogs so i left right away.
