Thought i'd head out to Beaver lake today...Should've known better that the entire public shore line would be completely packed! People were shoulder to shoulder, crossing lines. One point, had some kids kick a soccer ball and spill over my tackle box :/

Highlite would be the guy next to me who caught a nice 2 lb rainbow trout on his first cast but no one else seemed to catch much at all. I tried everything from spinners, wedding rings, powerbait but only a few bites and small planters.

One thing I will note to people...there is a reason that the lake has a public boat launch. Wouldn't say it is too wise to launch your boat when theres people fishing shoulder to shoulder.
