I went out to Lake Desire around 1PM to 4PM. I saw a lot of fish eating insects off the surface. There were also a few fish that jumped out the water. I tried a spinner hoping the trout on top would hit it. No luck, so i stopped after 15 minutes. Then I went to the power bait set up. Used 4 pound leader that was five feet long. I got one bite using original orange power nuggets on the first cast. Then i switched to captain america and neon green power bait. No more bites for the rest of the day. I saw one guy catch three using power eggs that were dipped into some sort of attractant. I also saw one guy toss spinners for an hour on the east side of the dock. He caught one fish and left some rooster tail packaging in the water. I fished out the rooster tail packaging with my pole. all fish that i saw were 8-9 inch planters. Please keep the waters clean
