The wife & I hit Lake Chelan early this morning. We were on the water at 6:30 am and started fishing off of the riggers just out from the city park at about 6:50 am. We trolled all red Wedding Rings with silver blades behind Flash-Lites baited with a single piece of white Shoepeg corn at 30 to 45 feet. It took all of about two hours to catch what I thought was our limit. I miscounted the fish in the live well and ended up only bringing home 18 fish. I'm glad I miscounted to the short side. We were off the water at 10:30 for the trip home. Tomorrow, I'm off to RW fishing alone. I just love weekends when I can get two days of fishing in.
