Had a memorable day on liberty. Went to the lake with a friend. Fished the rocks and docks for a while. then saw that the water was 51 degrees and decided to do some pre-spawn fishing. Flew over to the other side of the lake and fished a big grassy flat that was about 10 ft deep. Threw a crank bait and ripped it through the weeds. Let is suspend for about 3 seconds. Caught a 5.2lb bass when the crankbait was suspended. Would of caught more but had to go golfing. Figured out the pattern though. Let the good times roll.
