had some time to kill and a couple of jigs to use so i went to myron fishing from 2-5pm. caught/kept a few 101/2" crappie using a yellow jig. used a pistol pete to catch some decent sized perch and pumpkinseed, and one 10" smmth bass. seen lots of crappie after i lost my only jig. the (bigger) pumkinseed can be hard to catch. they will most likely take a tiny popper or other top water lure/fly. the perch would come around in schools of 30-50, but were also hard to hook with what i had. kept several in the 11-12" range. i will swear that there is a smmth bass that looked to be 31/2-4lbs in this lake. the crappie are still filling up with their eggs so it seems they will be a little late spawning then usual this year. did not see anyone catch any trout.

great report Panfisher. Would like to meet up and share panfish tactics with you. Slab crappie are my favorite fish to fish for. I've got some hard to find jigs and they really work. Anyway, thanks again for the detailed report. TJM P.S- which one is Myron? I may of fished it, but?...not sure though.
