Thought I would hit Five Mile Lake today, and did so around 3:30 pm. The weather was rather choppy, with a slight drizzle at times. I was targeting LMB. I started off using a chartreuse spinnerbait, with lunker lotion scent. I was working tree cover along the bank. No luck.
I then turned to a rapala topwater plug, but still nothing, I was definitely beat today. That's ok, I'll get them next time.! If anyone has any tips on this lake, or any other lake in the vicinity, please let me know. Thanks!
