I went out to Carpenter lake today. This lake is very interesting because all the shoreline is boggy, cattails and out in the lake there are a couple of floating islands that move around. This is the first time i have fished this small lake. I tried spinners of all sorts, but nothing. Then i switched to worm with bobber, i had about 3 feet of line underneth the boober because i didnt know how deep the lake would be. After fishing for about an hour i had four cutthrout trout. They were all under 8 inches and all were released to be caught another day.
