Fishing solo, I launched my small boat onto Jiggs Lake -- No outboards are allowed. Fished most of the shoreline and caught one bass -- 16 inches, 2 pounds, 4 ounces. The fish hit a Floating Rapala -- size 11 in the bleeding pearl pattern. Saw about a half dozen nice largemouth crusing the shoreline and they all looked bigger than the fish I caught. Warm, sunny day with a light variable breeze.
