My Dad and I fished Lk Ki on Saturday morning. When we got to the lake there were about 20 boats on the lake. We motored over to our favorite spot and dropped anchor. We had our lines out in short order waiting for that first bite of the day. After about 2 1/2 hours of fishing, we didn't even have as much as a bite. A few anglers that trolled by us said things were slow for them too. We noticed about a dozen boats concentrated at a shallower part of the lake so motored over there and dropped anchor. Within the next couple hours we landed 8 fish, all between 10 and 11 inches in size, all caught on Powerbait. A few of the boats around us left after limiting. The weather turned out to be nice and the rain held off until we were long gone from the lake.
