Hit Meridian with my Wife and my 2 girls,..water was a wonderful 64 degrees,..Mr & Mrs FlippinFool had been there since this morning and we met up at noon,..FF had caught a decent 3.6 LMB off a bed earlier and when we met him he took me right 2 it,..when I get there he's flippin his jig at the bed,..once I see it I grab my rod with the Blak/Blue Jig and my 1st cast the Greenie inhales it,..boated the Bass, CPR'd and back in the water,..same fish FF nabbed so it went 3.6 lbs. After this of course I was amped up but I didn't want 2 be selfish and take time away from the Fam-Bam. I told myself "I'll look for a few more beds and see what happens". I found another up the way a bit and I start flippin my White Jig cause the bed is a bit deeper and I can see the jig better,..flippin for about 30 mins,..kids are hanging their feet in the water and wife is working on her tan,..I look up and see the Police headed straight 2 me,..once they get 2 me they said they had seen me posted up in one spot for a bit now and knew I was Bassin,..said they had "never seen anyone catch a Bass outta here",..I showed them the bed,..they finally see it,..the whole time we're talking I'm flippin my jig and the Male is moving it but not biting it while the bigger female is cruising around,..I know i'm pissing this fish off,..out of fun I ask them if they want me 2 catch this bass,..they said "sure" so I grab my rod with the Black/Blue Jig and 4 flips later I have another 3 lber in the boat,..we take pics and weigh while all the while the Police and a Homeowner are applauding and asking me what I caught it on. What was cool was that I preformed on demand and I produced. After that we head 2 the swimming hole so the kids can have their time 2. Great Day with the Fam-Bam!
