Arrived at 6:30 am. to mist on the lake. Way cool. Started out using an 1/8 oz home made inline spinner (Panther Martin type). caught & released 10 or 12 planter trout by 10: am. when the sun came out i switched to a 1/4 oz. to get a bit deeper and a lil farther out. just before noon I landed a nice size bucket mouth bass. she was just shy of 2 lbs. working my way around the back side of the Lake I C&R 3 or 4 more planers and a pumpkin seed perch before calling it quits for the day.
