We got there about 10am and left right around 12:30pm both of us had caught our limit. It was a little windy on our side of the lake so we had to cast out every couple minutes. I caught my first one on my thrid cast. We released a few of the small guys. Like the previous reviewers stated, it was dirty...broken bottles, fishing line and some cans here and there. It looked like someone had cleaned up though. There was garbage bags full of trash by the little bathroom. This was the first time I had been fishing in 10+ years...it was great. I think it's the perfect spot for beginners to get the feel for it.
