6/1/2009 12:34:00 PMWow, you guys did really good fishing, it's been along time since I've heard of them biting that good. So did you fillet them or use them whole? How do you fix them to eat? We filleted a couple little bass the other day and I just cooked them in a little oil in a skillet. They were good.

6/2/2009 4:35:00 PMwe just deep fry them til everything is gold and crispy including the bones. then we make a dip out of fish sauce, garlic, lime, and dried crushed chili peppers and eat it with white rice.
