I spent an hour and a half at Phantom going for perch. I didnt get any bites. There were a lot of weeds there. I would get a chunk whenever I reeled in my rig. I didnt notice any signs of fish or people fishing there. I will not return to this lake. I headed to Larson Lake afterwards.
