Went out with some of the fellas and spent the day on the lake. No bass of any considerable size were caught, but I had many runs of back to back to back casts and catches. All in all, I would saw 25-30 fish for me over the course of the day all under 2 pounds, tons of dinks, but agressive. Clarity is good to 6 or 7 feet, temps upwards of 73 degrees. Most caught shallow and on deep docks, the rest on stumps procecting the thousands of fry. Oh, I forgot to mention my first Musky in the boat, and released back to the water. Nothing to brag about, but I figure I have 10,000 casts in (for bass), so it was bound to happen sooner or later. Around 30" or so, didn't tape it, had camera issues, so a quick photo with the cell and back in the water to hide under the dock.

Way to go. Any muskie is a good muskie. What is up with it's nose. He looks like he swam into a piling at about 30 MPH. From the looks of your picture it seems like you're real close to my dock. congrats again.

It must be the time of 30 inch muskies right now, yours is the 3rd one I've heard of in the last few days including one Bill caught while we were smallie fishing too. The smallies and rock bass sure are alot of fun right now aren't they. Glad you're having fun and luck too.
