Bought my first float tube yesterday, Popped her cherry on Ohop today!
Scooted around real good, warm overcast weather was nice no sunburns lol
Caught 6 lost 3 on my lap, each fish seemed to be identical, about 13-14 inches from the ruler on my tube and I had no scale but im guessing about .3/4 lbs each.
Was just casting with crawler and bobber with about a 3 & one 1/2 ft leader over my shoulder behind me, buy the time i caught up to it it was getting slammed most of the time. Most bites were nearly square in the middle of the lake making short passes width wise.
Covered more water then some of the trollers I seen there, got a charlie horse in my calf on the way back to the ramp. well worth it! My waders were very happy there was a bathroom by the launch!
