Whoa! This lake is about as weedy as I have ever seen it! I actually couldn't even navigate parts of it without holding my trolling motor right on the surface and throwing water and grass all over the place!! Also, the dudes widening the Guide Meridian made the new section of bridge about 8 inches lower than the old section so it's a bit of a pain to try to reach the west side of the Guide now. I would advise fishing this from a row boat or canoe to access alot of the shoreline until the fall rains come..... We didn't touch a fish.
