Well Sunday AM I decided to take my 8 year old daughter out for a new fishing adventure. I decided to try out the spinyray fishery that I have heard about at Square Lake. We had a blast and she definately outfished me. Once I found a School on the fishinbuddy we anchored up and probably caught 40 fish in a couple of hours. We kept 9 of the biggest bluegill all of which covered my palm (Nice big bright Males) and one Crappie of equal size (Would have liked more crappit than Bluegill but oh well). We were using the Powerbait honey grubs that look like a big Maggot with no weight and just letting them fall along the edge of the lilly pads. Sorry no pictures but I will definately take the camera next time. Vegetation on the lake is getting pretty thick.
