After hitting a lake in Idaho to give the grandson some exposure to fishing, I and my son decided to hit Silver for Bass and Tiger Muskie.

Good news, we SAW a Tiger Muskie. Bad news, it had no interest in hitting; I saw it as I worked in to unhook a snag. I don't know how to fish a lake of that size with a dozen ski boats on it. I think that this lake is better fished from Tuesday through Thursday. LOL

On a side note, my son caught a half dozen or so Large Mouth Bass, two almost 17", a couple a little over 12", with one smaller then the spinner bait he caught it on. I caught a 17" LMB as well. The sad note is that the water was 74 degrees and should have been full of bass. We saw a few dinks, but only one good bass all afternoon.
