Glad to hear of someone throwing bass flies. I love lake Serene. Recently I bought some really CRAZY looking bass flies from Ted's up on 164th/99 One was basilcy a hula popper knock off, one was sort of a mouse, and another something else. They are the most elaborate hand made flies that I've ever seen. anyway, glad to hear that they worked for you.

6/17/2009 1:55:00 AMhaha ya i got mine at teds too, the one i bought was green, and it had some sparkle to it, and yellow too. great fly, too bad i lost it to a bass, but i guess thats kinda the point haha

6/17/2009 8:09:00 PMI have known the owner of Ted's since I was in kindergarten...his name is Mike. Tell him I say hi next time you are in there (he has glasses). Way to support the local businesses! He is a GREAT guy with tons of knowledge.
