Decided to make the trek to Pepoon to take a look. About 12 miles down a dirt road, around dead falls , and through washed out roads . Would not be wise to attempt to ever bring a trailored boat to this lake. This lake is unfishable without a rubber raft, kayack , canoe , floattube etc... Surrounded by 8-10 feet thick of reeds and cat-tales, access is extremely limited, I spent a good amount of time looking for a place on the lake that had a "bank" to fish from, no luck. It was nice to look at , and it had me wishing I had brought the old rubber raft along , There is a very small primitive boat launch that would be perfect to get a raft or canoe out ...(pictured) . Will try to go back in a couple weeks with the rubber raft and see whats in the water.
