7/16/2009 12:18:00 PMWhat dock are you referring to? Flourocarbon works well, try going to 4 or 2 lb. test for leaders. I've caught twice as many fish using lighter leaders and most trout up here are usually no bigger than 2 lbs. anyway. Strictly ultralight gear...I cringe when I see other anglers who use 8-10 lb. test plus and then they wonder why they get no bites after 4 hours and I'm there less than 2 and catch a few for the pan. I swear heavier line looks like rope to those fish!!!

7/16/2009 4:14:00 PMBill's boathouse out in tillicum. It's awesome fishing right there. There are some big ol' moose trout swimmin' in that lake. Got one that was 7lb 14oz, and lost a couple that looked bigger at the dock. I use six on my leader ( just so it don't get chewed as much with the bigger fish} and 4lb mainline.
