showed up to lake around 4:20pm. a little early cause the sun was hot. Wife caught a couple 5 inchers and we had tons of nibbles from the perch. kind of slow on the bass fishin. around 7ish a thunder storm rolled up on us, calm before the lightning storm. All fish began feeding. caught what appeared to be a lunker, due to it took my worm and speed under a dock so fast and it was not budging! I moved the boat and tried to get the fish to move, no luck. My line appeared to go straight up under the dock which floated on tires right on the water line. I fought it for at least a minute with my pole in the water under the dock hoping it would swim out. by this time a neighbor on the lake was watching and waiting for what appeared to be a monster! finally it popped free and i was able to land this very aggressive largemouth! laughter came from the front of the boat first then the neighbor chimed in with "NICE ONE!" a ya, it was 4 inches. took my worm and got wedged in one of the tires. What a BASSterd. good times
