We'll I looked at the luner fish calender and saw that today was a good day. Went to the lake at 1:50. Fished off the shore for a while with a dark purple plastic worms with no luck. Switched to a dive-to rapala crankbait in a firetiger color. Fished by the weeds a few times. On the fourth cast the lure landed on the surface and immidiatly was hit. The fish leaped out of the water a few times then finally hopped onto shore. It was small, but it was from a lake I thought was completely dead, so I was proud :) lol. The fish was a largemouth bass, maybe 7 inches.
