I only got 2 words, AWESOME DAY. We got on the lake about 5:00 P.M. It started out fairly slow, only caught 2 small perch in the first 1/2 hour. Then it got hot and didn't ever cool down till about 8:30 P.M. We started out catching smallmouth and largemouth bass ( the first smallmouth bass we ever caught might I mention...) that were 7-8 inches, then we reeled in a big one that was about 11-inches. After that we caught that big perch, and an 11-inch largemouth to follow. It got a little quiet again and we ended the day with many more small bass, another large 12-inch smallmouth, and a nice sized trout. So 3 large smallmouth, 1 good sized largemouth, a huge perch, a nice sized trout, and too many smaller bass and perch to count. Overall and amazing day.
